I have just finished my braces treatment with Dr Lina. I came into the office approx 18months ago with the goal of a new smile for my wedding. I had braces in high school however by not wearing my retainer and losing it over the years my teeth had moved dramatically. Fast forward to now and I can’t stop smiling at everyone in the office. Following my deband yesterday I also got teeth whitening after a little initial discomfort I’m feeling great. I appreciate the follow up call today from the front desk so I can brag about my smile some more to them lol. The customer service & attention to detail at smile concepts are unmatched. I am anticipating my wedding day on the 12th of December and can’t wait to see the pictures of my pearly whites. Thanks again team ~ alana S
I've had an excellent experience every time I've gone to Smile Concepts. The teeth whitening not only works really well, it is also the most affordable place I could find in Sydney. General clean and fillings were a lot less stressful than any other place I've been, and the dentist was nice and calm and professional. It also didn't hurt, he used numbing cream so the anaesthetic was painless. He really took time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. The biggest difference was definitely how friendly and attentive all the staff were, especially Alexia. They went out of their way to have you laughing about something as soon as you walk in regardless of how worried you are about being at a dentist. Definitely definitely worth coming here to have a much more stress free experience. ~ Mieke A
I want to shared my experienced with my recent treatment at Smile Concept Dental Clinic . Dr Manish shah and all his staff were so nice and amazing , I have been their patient since 2008 , last year I had a problem with my crown front tooth and need it to be replaced and I decided to see Doctor Manish for his advice , he and his team was so lovely and always make me felt comfortable and welcoming , it was such a long process but its all worth it , Doctor Manish always taking his time and make sure that he does a great job for his patient , I’m so happy with the result , my teeth’s look so natural and I’m so in love with my beautiful smile now , thanks again to Dr Manish and his team .
